As the Managing Agent for the Legends Crossing Master Homeowner’s Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Election Meeting of Members has been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Per Article 4, Section 4.1(d) of the Association’s Bylaws, at the final transition election of the Members, the Association shall invite Members of the Board of Directors of the Legends Crossing Townhome Owners Association to run as a candidate for the Board of Directors of the Legends Crossing Master Homeowner’s Association. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect one (1) Board Member from Legends Crossing Townhome Owners Association to the Board of Directors in order to transition the final board seat from that of the Declarant to a Class A Member.
The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important to understand the voting process. You may cast your ballot electronically, either on the Association’s website or by email or fax. It is not necessary to assign your proxy if you vote online as your vote will also count toward the required quorum. If you mail your ballot, please include the proxy and ensure it is signed and dated. The deadline for voting is Monday, December 18, 2023, at 5:00 pm., please be sure your ballot reaches us before the deadline. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast a vote, and only one vote per household is accepted.
