City of Irving Ordinance 2017-9981, Sec. 33-7:
All trash must be placed in bags of 2.0 mil strength, not less than twenty (20), or more than thirty (30) gallons in capacity, when putting at the curb for pick-up. Any trash that is in a can will not be removed. To keep the community clean, we ask that you wait to place your trash by the curb until after 6:00 p.m. the night before trash pick-up.
