Regular Assessment and Special Assessment Decrease

On November 29, 2022, the Board of Directors, in an open meeting, voted by required majority vote to not levy a Special Assessment for the 2023 calendar year. The Special Assessment of $455.00 assessed during the year 2022 is not due effective January 1, 2023.

The Association Regular Assessment will not increase from the current $450.00 quarterly effective January 1, 2023. Payments for your Regular Assessments will be due quarterly in the amount of $450.00 on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

If you have auto pay set up with your bank, please be sure to notify your bank of the change prior to the January 1, 2023 effective date.
