Call for Candidates

The Legends Crossing Townhome Owner’s Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, July 25th, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association and elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the attached call for candidates notice and blank candidacy form. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Class A Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it to Essex Association Management, prior to the deadline date of Sunday, July 9th, 2023, at 5:00p.m.

Please be sure if mailing in your Candidacy Form you allow plenty of time for it to reach us.
After the deadline for returning Candidacy Forms expires, we will issue the Meeting Notice Packet which shall include the notice, meeting agenda, proxy, ballot listing all candidates, and copies of the candidates’ statements.
