Fire Lane & Parking Notice

This message is to inform the homeowners in the Legends Crossing community of scheduled maintenance going on Thursday, February 22nd – Friday, February 23rd. At the direction of the Irving Fire Department, we will be painting red “Fire Lanes” throughout the community to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents in case of emergency.

We ask that from Thursday morning, February 22nd until Friday evening, February 23rd, homeowners do not park on the road to ensure the painting crew can do their job adequately and efficiently. The vendor anticipates that the work will take two full days. Should it take longer due to on-street parking, then the Association will be billed $550.00/extra trip. Please do your part to ensure that you and your neighbors are not parking on the street/curbs during this time!
