Reporting Roof Leaks

As the Managing Agent for Legends Crossing Townhomes, we would like to remind all residents if you experience or suspect any roof damage or roof leaks, please report those issue promptly so that it can be addressed in a timely manner. You can submit your report by contacting your Association Manager, Caspar Sullivan, directly at Caspar@essexhoa.com or you can submit your request through the "Contact Us" tab on the Association’s website Legends Crossing Townhomes, Contact Us and an Essex representative will respond promptly.

Timely reporting helps us ensure that inspections can be scheduled and repairs completed efficiently, minimizing potential damage and inconvenience.
