On behalf of Legends Crossing Townhome Association, Inc., we are reaching out to inform our Townhome residents of the proposed 2025 Assessment increase and the reasoning for the respective increase. Due to a combination of increased responsibilities and insurance coverage, the 2025 Proposed Budget displays a deficit that we cannot operate under.

In order for the homeowners to better understand this increase and the Association’s options from here, we plan to host two different sessions where we will present a financial analysis of the history of Legends Crossing Townhome Association’s budgets, our past and current expenses, and where the Board of Directors alongside Essex Association Management plan to move forward from here.
