Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. All web submissions, e-mails, and phone calls will be returned in the order they are received beginning Wednesday, July 5th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911. Please call (888) 740-2233 should a matter arise, that would require immediate attention or action. The Legends Crossing Townhome Owner’s Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, July 25th, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association and elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the attached call for candidates notice and blank candidacy form. Effective Immediately! All trash and recycle bags are to be left in the front of your unit on the normal servicing days. The Irving Solid Waste Services will no longer be picking up the trash and recycle bags in the alleyways of the townhomes at Legends Crossing due to safety concerns with their trucks entering and exiting the alley.
