As the Managing Agent for the Legends Crossing Townhomes Owners Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce there will be a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Virtual meetings are open session for listening and/or viewing only. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to vote on and approve an increase in assessments and discuss normal business of the Association. We ask that townhome owners hold off on auto payments of current dues until the assessment increase has been motioned and approved. The due date will be announced in the Board of Directors meeting.
