City of Irving Ordinance 2017-9981, Sec. 33-7:
All trash must be placed in bags of 2.0 mil strength, not less than twenty (20), or more than thirty (30) gallons in capacity, when putting at the curb for pick-up. Any trash that is in a can will not be removed. To keep the community clean, we ask that you wait to place your trash by the curb until after 6:00 p.m. the night before trash pick-up. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please submit them via the “Contact Us” tab on www.legendscrossingtownhomes.com and an Essex Association Management representative will respond promptly.

The City of Irving provides a manual bag collection service consisting of 21 trash routes, three recycling routes, and three brush and bulky routes. The city's Collection Division also provides special waste and home chemical collection services.
Refuse is collected twice per week. All material for collection must be placed curbside no later than 7 a.m. on collection day and no earlier than 6 p.m. the night before. Contact Solid Waste Services at (972) 721-8059 for refuse collection days. Clilck Full Story for more information.
